FIDIC on multilateral development bank projects
Central Asian infrastructure is built largely with development bank money, which means bidding documents built on FIDIC. The key difference from a private contract is that the General Conditions cannot be amended: every deviation lives in the Particular Conditions and the Contract Data, and those are what to read first.
