01 Notice control Awareness date, notice deadline, communication channel, recipient, delivery evidence and Sub-Clause reference. 02 Event chronology Short event chronology: date, fact, source record, responsible party and impact on the works. 03 Entitlement map Contract clauses, Particular Conditions and relief sought: EOT, Cost, payment, variation, release or another remedy. 04 Contemporary records Daily reports, site instructions, RFI, minutes, photos, correspondence, labour/equipment logs and delivery records. 05 Programme evidence Baseline, updates, affected activities, critical path, logic links, mitigation and re-sequencing records. 06 Quantum file Cost heads, invoices, timesheets, payroll, plant logs, subcontractor records, preliminaries and overhead evidence. 07 Causation narrative The chain “event → impact → entitlement → amount/time”, without global-claim logic or mixed heads of claim. 08 Mitigation record What the team did to reduce consequences, which options were not possible and why. 09 Appendix index Numbered appendix list with short description, date, document owner and link to the claim paragraph.
