FIDIC in Uzbek legislation: every act that references it
Eight legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan mention the International Federation of Consulting Engineers. Below is the timeline, from the first proposal to join FIDIC in 2018 to mandatory FIDIC-based engineering supervision on new road projects from 2025.

- 2019–2023
Reform of the road sector and transport administration. FIDIC is referenced in the acts as a practice benchmark.
- October 2023
PP-330 records that engineering management and technical supervision on road projects follow FIDIC practice and documents.
- 1 January 2025
The requirement becomes mandatory for new road construction projects, outsourced to independent organisations.

How this list was compiled
Compiled from a full-text search for “FIDIC” on lex.uz: 22 hits across the three language versions of each act, so eight distinct instruments. Metadata is taken from the lex.uz record for each act. Entries marked as verified were read against the primary text; for the rest the page states only that the act references FIDIC — paraphrasing an unchecked provision on a regulation page is not acceptable.
A reference overview as at July 2026. Legal acts change — always check the current consolidated text on lex.uz before relying on it. Not legal advice.
