Uchinchi red flag - unclear design responsibility. Contractor design solutions qilishi kutilib, documents buni “minor design” desa, responsibility dispute deyarli tayyor.

Green Book yaxshiroq bo’lishi mumkin, agar:
- scope compact;
- Engineer role og’ir emas;
- payment va completion criteria oson tekshiriladi;
- change va delay risk limited;
- procedure cost ish qiymatidan oshmasligi kerak.
Loyiha faqat price bo’yicha kichik, complexity bo’yicha emas bo’lsa, Red Book halolroq form bo’lishi mumkin.
Green Book vs Yellow Book
Contractor substantial design responsibility olsa, Yellow Book ko’rilishi kerak. Green Book limited design elements bilan ishlashi mumkin, lekin boundary aniq yozilishi kerak.
“Contractor shall complete all necessary design” kabi iboralar Employer’s Requirements, design review, approvals va fitness-for-purpose standardsiz xavfli.
Design-build yoki EPCga yaqin loyihada Silver Book va EPC/Turnkey bilan solishtirish foydali.
