- Programme management - baseline, updates, progress review, delay alerts.
- Cost and payment control - IPC workflow, supporting documents, retention, advance recovery.
- Change control - variation initiation, valuation, approvals, records.
- Claims management - notice register, event register, particulars, determinations.
- Risk register - owner, mitigation, early warning, review frequency.
- Quality and ES management - compliance records and reporting.
- Dispute pathway - Engineer’s determination, DAAB, amicable settlement, arbitration.
CMP contractni takrorlamasligi kerak. U contractni daily managementga tarjima qiladi.
Contract Manager va Engineer
Contract formga qarab contract management function Engineer, Employer’s Representative, Project Manager yoki Employer internal teamda bo’lishi mumkin. FIDIC loyihalarida Engineer functioni xiralashmasligi kerak.
Engineer role haqidagi maqola independence va procedural care nega muhimligini tushuntiradi. CMP bu rolni qo’llab-quvvatlashi kerak, har Engineer decisionni internal politicsga aylantirmasligi kerak.
Particular Conditions Employer approvals kiritishi mumkin. CMP buni halol yozishi kerak: qayerda Engineer qaror qiladi, qayerda internal approval kerak.

FIDIC loyiha uchun kamida:

CMP va claims prevention
Yaxshi CMP nafaqat claims submit qilishga, balki ularning oldini olishga yordam beradi:
- access va approvals bo’yicha early warning;
- critical path regular review;
- design issues tez escalation;
- transparent variations workflow;
- clear payment workflow;
- events bo’yicha records discipline.
Jamoa failure ni qanchalik erta ko’rsa, uni dispute emas, contract administration darajasida hal qilish ehtimoli shuncha yuqori.

Yo’q. Contractor uchun ham internal CMP foydali: notices kim yuboradi, records kim yuritadi, particulars kim tayyorlaydi, programme va cost data kim tekshiradi.
CMP Particular Conditions o’rnini bosadimi?
Yo’q. CMP contractni o’zgartirmaydi. U contract qanday ijro qilinishini va kim nima uchun javobgarligini yozadi.
CMP qachon tayyorlanadi?
Commencementdan oldin yoki mobilisation boshida. Birinchi katta claimdan keyin tayyorlansa, u reactive document bo’ladi.
